I’m sure you want keep your visitors stay on your blog as long as you can. You want your visitors to discover all your blog, discover any article on your blog. Why We Need To Create Similar Contents? That is the question, a simple question. Creating related contents will affect your blog performance, in front of your readers and of course the search engines, especially Google. Similar contents are the same topic article but completely different one to another.

- Better Rank On Search Engines. Search Engines, especially Google loves blog with related and relevant contents, that’s why Google loves blogs, especially niche blog
Similar Contents good for SEO. - Links. Similar Contents will help you to build your links, inbound links. You can create links to refer your readers to read another article using anchor text. If you are a guest blogger on your friend blog, you can refer the readers direct to your blog

I saw lots of blog with similar contents and related post widget really help me to discover the blog. Something interesting me is all the blog already have hundreds articles so I can spend more time on the blog on just one topic.

As a matter of fact, a good idea is to make a first post with a list and a subsequent post for each bullet of that list to expand the subject.

I agree about similar content. I have friends who have wonderful blogs, but when they are stuck they will write about an unrelated topic. It’s a bad move, because while it may be a nice post to read it hurts SEO rankings to have these unrelated posts, and it makes it that much harder for them to make money on their blog.

Having related contents on your blog is definitely important due to all the benefits you have highlighted above. This is particularly true if you have a blog that has too many blog posts. It helps for the reader to find related content specially if they are coming from search engines. It reduces bounce rates, hence more time spent on your blog.
