Writing For SEO
Main activity on blogging is writing article, then article promotion and the next activity reply your visitors comment 
Do you want the search engines send you hundreds visitors? If yes, you must create articles meet SEO requirements. The tips are very important for improving our writing article skills for SEO.
Keywords and Keyword Phrases.
Base on the search engines, your article must focused on what people search, it could be anything. If you blogging with a niche, try to figure out what people type on the search engines. People search on the search engines using keywords or keyword phrases. Fill your article with keywords and keyword phrase that you think people will search on the search engines. When you do meet this requirement, soon you’ll have more visitors from the search engines.
Keyword Density
Know that you have your keywords and keyword phrases, you must use them fully. An article must have good keyword density for a search engine to “feel” its presence. Articles should at least have ten to fifteen percent of keyword density in their content for search engines to rank a site high in their search results. Getting a high rank is what articles do best for a site.
Keyword density is the number of times a keyword or keyword phrase is used on an article. The number varies depending on the number of words used in an article. An effective article must have a keyword density that is not too high or too low. With a very high density, the essence of the article is lost and may turn off a reader as well as the search engines. It comes off as overeager. A low number may be ignored by the search engines.
Good Article Content
Like what is stated above, you cannot just riddle an article with keywords. They must also be regarded as good reading materials. Articles must be able to entertain people as well as provide good information and help for their needs. Articles should be written well with correct spelling and good grammar. If you want people to trust you, make your work good and well thought out.
People respond well to figures, facts and statistics. Try to get great information and as many facts as you can. A good and well written article will boost your reputation as an expert in your chosen field or topic. As more people believe in you. They will be able to trust you and your products.
Linking Articles
And another important thing to remember: if you are going to submit articles to E-zines and/or contribute your articles to newsletters and other sites, Guest Blogger, DON’T ever forget to include a link to your site. A little resource box with a brief description of your site and you should always be placed right after your articles that you have submitted. If people like your articles, they will most likely click on the link directing them to your site.

There are plenty of great tools to use like Wordtracker free which can give you the exact keywords and phrases people are searching on. From there, craft your content to flow naturally but include the keywords throughout the post.

I read an ebook about SEO and I found out that most of the time, google bots usually do crawling your first 50-100 words in your articles.
So the best place to set your keyword is on the first 50 paragraph of your post. But don’t overdo it.

As for the on page optimization part, you should also use your keyword phrase in headings (h1 or h2 tags) in the first paragraph. A good tip I was taught is to do the same in the closing.

As for the linking part (off page), the link to your main article should have the keyword phrase as the anchor text.
Somone tells that varying the anchor text, using variations of the main keyword phrase, can help a lot. Do you have any return about this? I find I can have very good results with almost no variation on a couple of hundreds submissions for the same article.

Using keywords in your articles is one thing and using them wisely is totally different. Too much keywords and you might scare away potential readers, but if they are too low on density achieving top positions in search results will become a daunting task. In my opinion the content quality is really the thing that matters. If you have something unique to offer, then in most cases you will be able to get a lot of traffic.
