Go easy by saying you don’t like them.
I gave a look at the themes on that site and yes, they are simple, no, they’re not so graphically enhanced.
But, it all depends on what you are going to use them for. If the blog you’re using them on is a gaming one, very much likely they will not do good for it.
Otherwise, simple themes like those can work like a charm.
