Google Page Rank Up Date, This Blog Stay With PR 3
I just heard about Page Rank Up Date from a friend of mine, Hesham from FamousBloggers.Net. He congratulated me with my Page Rank 3. I can’t believe that Google Up Date Page Rank is short time after the last up dated. Some people said may be this is not the major up date there will be another up date in the few weeks.
I though the up date will be at the end of June, because I have plan to get more links this months. I wish I can get better page rank after the last up date but if this is the final up date for the second up date for this year its OK, I still have Page Rank 3!
I believe this is really an up date because after I heard the news I went to the page rank checker to check my other blogs, some of them still have the same page rank but few blogs have page rank now.
I must said that some people really don’t care about Page Rank, but I still believe that Google have something about Page Rank, because Google still up dating Page Rank few times a year.
Page Rank still important to me because Advertiser still using Page Rank as consideration beside the alexa rank. So keep your page rank high enough if you want to make money from your blog.
I’m not too happy with this up date because its too earlier so I can’t optimize my blog for better page rank. But still I’m happy because few of my blogs have their first Page Rank now. How about you? Your page rank up? down? or stay the same like the last up date?

My new blog page rank have not increased, I was in exception of increase the page rank of my blog. Brother you have published my interview, anything problem?

I’m new to this blog, I just found you, and I am impressed as you’re the first blogger I’ve come across that is talking about the newest Google PageRank update. The PageRank Google accords your web page is an indication of the authority they percieve it to have, and as a consequence links from your high PR pages are worth more than links from pages with poor PR. The base of the Google algorithm is the PR concept, so do not be fooled by the naysayers.
On another level I would like to congratulate you on attaining PR3 after only three months, that is no mean achievement! What is your secret? I see you got over 8,000 links, which is a good start. I wish you well for future PR updates.

The PR that google releases is not the same as what google actually uses. Google releases page rank that is a few months old.
Page rank is still a factor but not as big of a factor as it once was.
Yes Jacob, I heard Google changed many factors for PR, not sure what it is.

From my understanding this doesn’t affected that much the PR update, it was an algorithm update. The real thing will come at the end of this month.
So the new algorithm give me positive effect, few my blogspot blog got their first PR bro, thanks

Good work, as to me, my PR dropped to 0 lol. I guess if you want to make money by selling advertisement spaces or selling sites, then PR makes me worry, but if search engine traffics stay the same even PR dropped, this doesn’t make me sweating. But of course increasing PR will make me so happy one day!

Yes, you must find out how your blog dropped. In my opinion Page Rank is always about links, so build your link and of course you need to create useful and informative articles on you blog.

Well i guess it is not about backlinks, because when i got PR2 i didn’t build any links, i assume it is because i lost my quality backlinks plus i did link exchange in DP forum, and it looked like that these links are not relevant to my blog.
Cant really know for sure, but i will keep going, as we all know Google PR always updating a few times a year.

I just tooth of this I wanted to ask you how this algorithm update influenced your traffic coming from Google, you still get that much visitors from Google?
My traffic from Google increase everyday until today even its small percentages but still increase and my goal is getting as many as visitors from Google, that is SEO all about. Thanks
No PR update yet Latief, the next on is only for July time (if they stick to their trimestrial updates/exports). Oh and PageRank doesn’t mean anything – I got a PR6 blog that is only pulling 150 uniques a day

It is about time that Google updates Page Rank again. As I heard, they will be performing the update around the 30th of June. In my opinion those updates should be more frequent. Once in three months seems a bit too rare.

I agree there hasn’t been a Page Rank update yet. My site which got a Page Rank of 3 last year with only 30 links currently has around 10,000 and from some great sources like planet.wordpress, so I am expecting no less then a 4-5. Google has done quite a bit of changes to their algorithms though. I have seen many changes in the way my pages are ranking and the way some of the other sites I am working on our ranking.
